This year will see the creation and launch of Espuna by the 3 families: ESPUNA, AUGIER and LOZANO

Initiation of CE standardisation work pursuant to the PPE Directive 89/686/EEC.
1997
Operation in Portugal via a new factory for mid-range gloves and creation of an R&D Department which will lead to ISO 9001 certification one year later
1999
Following the development of a partnership with an Italian company that specialises in knitting, Espuna is installing a knitting unit in Lézignan-Corbières which will subsequently become the company’s head office
2007
As part of this desire to enhance its know-how, Espuna bought out the company Techniques et Sécurité to develop its range of protective equipment, leatherwork and niche products
2019
This year will mark the start of a new era for the company and its employees when Espuna becomes Espuna International
2021
Building on the momentum of the previous years, Espuna International is undergoing a complete makeover and creating a new website to maintain its brand image as an expert in its field
